Cancel a Subscription


If you’d like to cancel a subscription with us, you must first sign in to our client portal if you are not already.

After you have signed in:

  1. Click the Subscriptions link in the menu.
  2. Next to the subscription you’d like to cancel, click the Cancel button.
  3. You will have two options, one to cancel immediately and one to cancel at the end of the billing period.
    • A prorated refund is not provided for cancelling immediately.

Once you have cancelled your subscription, this will end the related service. If this subscription is a hosting plan, your website will no longer be accessible to the public. Your website files will be backed up and stored for one year before they will be forever lost. You may reach out to us at any time for a copy of your website files and any databases.
