Using either method, you can both sign in to the client portal or reply directly to emails from us to add a message to your ticket.
Sign-in method
- Sign in to the client portal (if you are not already) by clicking Sign In at the top right of this page.
- Click the Support link in the menu at the top.
- Click the Open Ticket button.
- Fill out the form and provide all necessary information.
