Open a new Support Ticket


To open a new support ticket, you can either sign in to the client portal or use our public ticket page. Using the sign-in method is preferred.

Using either method, you can both sign in to the client portal or reply directly to emails from us to add a message to your ticket.

Sign-in method

  1. Sign in to the client portal (if you are not already) by clicking Sign In at the top right of this page.
  2. Click the Support link in the menu at the top.
  3. Click the Open Ticket button.
  4. Fill out the form and provide all necessary information.

Public method

  1. Visit our Support Center here: https://greatlakesdesign.co/support/
  2. Click the Open a Ticket button.
  3. Fill out the form and provide all necessary information.
